Shipping & Installation
The system was shipped from our warehouse to Mombasa port, then trucked to the school.
Installation was done by local technicians guided by our team via video calls:
• 2 days for unpacking and connection
• 1 day for flushing and startup
• 0.5 day for operator training (the school cook learned it in 30 minutes)
No special tools or advanced skills were needed.

The Customer’s Reaction
When the system produced its first batch of clean water, the head teacher called us immediately. Here is what he said (translated from Swahili):
